Red Wing is alive and well.

Don't believe the sensationalized newscasts. The Mississippi may be flooding but Red Wing is ON the Mississippi NOT IN the Mississippi. We are all above water and still open for business. Come and see the flooding from safe, higher ground. The Mississippi is awesome anytime of year but even more so when the riverbanks are full of water and ice. Enormous speed and power you have to see to believe.

Last Snow of the Season?



While we keep warm in the kitchen, the snow outside is falling and the cardinals are busy eating at the feeder outside the kitchen window. Hopefully this is the last snow of the season and we can get on with spring.
