Don't believe the sensationalized newscasts. The Mississippi may be flooding but Red Wing is ON the Mississippi NOT IN the Mississippi. We are all above water and still open for business. Come and see the flooding from safe, higher ground. The Mississippi is awesome anytime of year but even more so when the riverbanks are full of water and ice. Enormous speed and power you have to see to believe.

Eagle Watch at Colvill Park: Annual Eagle Watch on the Mississippi continues from 1 pm to 3 pm. Volunteers will be available with spotting scopes and to answer questions.
