Bed and Breakfast Holiday Tour


The decorating is done and the baking has started We normally have 200 to 250 people visit the Bed and Breakfasts of Red Wing so we have to have lots of cookies ready along with coffee and hot apple cider. Make plans for Sunday, December 5th.

What's Happening in Red Wing 11/26/2010


Holiday Stroll: Start with a pancake breakfast at the Elks Club followed by festivities and shopping downtown all day. Lighting of the Christmas lights at 6 p.m. followed by a parade downtown and fireworks on Barn Bluff. All of this in Pretty Red Wing.

Jimmy's Pub: Shawn, Steve and Russ Trio performs at the St. James Hotel at 8 p.m.

Uffda Shop: Taste of Scandinavia. Swedish coffee rolls are featured all day.

Scandinavian Bake Sale: Red Wing Sons of Norway present their annual Scandinavian treats bake sale at United Lutheran Church 8:30 a.m. until everything is sold.

Cannon River Winery: Andrew Walesch performs from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. during the Nouveau Wine Release Party 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Falconer Vineyards: Cheese and Chocolates Weekend noon to 5 p.m.

Sheldon Theatre: Peter Ostroushko performs a benefit concert for SoundStrings. 7 p.m. $25

Tickets are available at any of the B&B's or Red Wing Merchants listed on the Poster. Cost is $10 in advance or $15 at the door the day of the tour. Proceeds are donated to Habitat for Humanity.
