Hobgoblin Music: The Tarveys will celebrate a CD release. Calling their mjusic "farmicanna roots," the Midwest duo's songs are about farms, small towns and the people who work the land. $12 2 pm.
Kid's Winter Ice Fishing Contest:Holes will be dug in Pottery Pond on Levee Road and prizes will be won for the biggest, smallest and most fish caught by children of all ages. Free bait and refreshment sponsored by Rotary Club of Red Wing. Free. 1 pm to 2:30 pm
Sheldon Theatre: "Church Basement Ladies---Second Helping 2" portrays all that is humorous about a Lutheran congregation's activities. 2 pm and 7 pm $26
Red Wing High School Play: "You Can't Take It With You" by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman. Tickets are available at the door 45 minutes before curtain time. $2 at Red Wing High School 7 pm.
Coffee By the Bay: Pianist and guitarist Amanda Rundquist will play live music from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Cannon River Winery: Composer, pianist and singer Andrew Walesch (also known as the "boy with the voice" will perform from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Anderson Center: Exhibition opening for "In the Heart of the Whirlwind: Tornadoes in Art, Myth, Poetry and Song." 6:30 pm to 9 pm. Free
Coffee By The Bay: Pianist and composer Matthew Alan plays from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Cannon River Winery: The Average Janes play music from the 1970's to current hits and country without the twang. 5 pm to 8 pm.
Gelly's Pub in Stockholm, WI: Midlife Chryslers crooning tunes of the 1960's and 1970's 7 pm to 11 pm.
Sarah's Restaurant: Bill Cagley will host an open mic for acoustic musicians at 7 pm.
Coffee By the Bay: Live music with Alex Andrews performing on guitar from 1 pm to 4 pm
Sheldon Theatre: Movie Trilogy Back to the Future I, II and III. Show times are 1 pm, 4 pm and 7 pm respectively. $5 each
